Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon Holding GmbH, a leading European provider of software solutions for the real estate industry, on the acquisition of all shares in easimo GmbH.

The Bielefeld-based PropTech company easimo offers a modern, fully cloud-based all-in-one solution that covers the entire real estate management workflow on a single platform. With KIAAN, Aareon is developing an AI technology currently in its final pilot phase, specifically tailored to the needs of property management companies. easimo’s architecture provides an ideal foundation to integrate these functionalities quickly and seamlessly into a modern environment.

Hogan Lovells provided comprehensive advice to its long-standing client Aareon across all legal aspects of the transaction process.
