Michael Plagge advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, especially patent law. His focus is on patent litigation for international and domestic clients in the fields of telecommunications, life sciences, and other areas of technology. He represents clients before German infringement courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Michael studied law at the University of Freiburg, specializing in intellectual property law. After his First State Exam, he wrote a PhD thesis on injunctions in patent law. He regularly publishes articles in academic IP journals.
