Lucía is involved in a wide range of complex, multi-jurisdictional intellectual property disputes before the Spanish Commercial and Criminal Courts, as well as the European Union Trademark Court in Alicante.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2023, she worked at a boutique law firm with a focus on compliance.
