Lucía is a Junior Associate in our Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice in the Madrid office.
Her work focuses on the enforcement and litigation of all types of intellectual property rights, particularly in the field of trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and unfair competition. She also advises clients during pre-litigation stages regarding intellectual property matters.
Lucía is involved in a wide range of complex, multi-jurisdictional intellectual property disputes before the Spanish Commercial and Criminal Courts, as well as the European Union Trademark Court in Alicante.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2023, she worked at a boutique law firm with a focus on compliance.

Advising one of the world's leading toy manufacturers on the copyright protection of one of its main products in response to a competitor’s infringement.
Advising and representing a multinational before the Madrid Courts in trademark infringement and unfair competition proceedings launched by a competitor (pay-per-click advertising on search engines).
Advising and representing a leading multinational fast food corporation before the European Union Trademark Court in trademark litigation proceedings launched against competitors.
Advising and representing a main luxury fashion brand before Criminal Courts in criminal proceedings launched against a competitor for an offense against industrial property.
Advising one of the world’s leading digital travel and accommodation companies in trademark infringement proceedings concerning domain names before the European Union Trademark Court in Alicante.
Advising a major lightning design company on the copyright protection of its products.
Advising one of the world's major telecommunications and IT services companies in a trademark-related dispute before the Spanish Commercial courts against one of its main competitors.
