Konstantin Weber represents German and international clients in complex M&A projects, co-investments as well joint ventures and advises on all related matters of general corporate law.

His practice focuses on advising private equity and infrastructure investors and their portfolio companies on the acquisition, restructuring and sale of investments and companies.

In addition, he regularly advises our clients on the formation of new companies, cross-border transformations and the implementation of management participation programs.

In recent years, Konstantin has advised our clients in particular on transactions in the sectors of technology/software, infrastructure and healthcare.

Additionally, he is involved in the development of innovative legal tech tools and their efficient use in the context of corporate transactions.
