Konstantin Weber advises national and international clients primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law.
He counsels companies as well as private equity investors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions. Further, he advises on company formations, restructurings and management participation programs as well as W&I insurances.
Konstantin studied law and business economics at the University of Mannheim and the University of Surrey (Great Britain) with a focus on commercial and corporate law. During his legal training he gained several years of experience in various international law firms.
