Dr. Hanns-Thilo Von Spankeren

Hanns-Thilo supports clients in designing and marketing their products in accordance with the complex regulatory requirements in the EU and Germany. He advises, for example, on product compliance, labeling and information obligations as well as EU market entry requirements.

Hanns-Thilo also assists clients in drafting contracts with suppliers and customers and in drafting general terms and conditions inter alia to allocate regulatory responsibilities in supply chains and distribution systems.

Hanns-Thilo studied law in Göttingen and Münster. During his legal clerkship and his doctorate, he also gained experience in customs law matters along global supply chains.
