He is well-versed in Data Protection/Privacy, Cybersecurity, Outsourcing, IT law, copyright law and commercial IP. Gonzalo advises on data protection and privacy, Outsourcing transactions; IT and software contracts; electronic signatures; telecoms; copyright licensing and distribution (audiovisual works, music, videogames, etc.); e-commerce; domain names and legal issues related to the Internet, personality rights and advertising.

He makes regular contributions to specialised publications and books on IT Law and is also a regular speaker in seminars and conferences on IT Law matters. He has led the advice on some of the most sophisticated IT law matters in Spain, such as huge investigations of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (including litigating against the Agency before the Courts), some of the biggest IT multijurisdictional Outsourcings executed in Spain and the drafting of seven laws regulating IT law, electronic signatures and privacy in the Dominican Republic.
