Rosalie Gambrah focuses on capital markets transactions while maintaining a diverse corporate practice that includes private M&A transactions, borrower and lender-side credit facilities, and private equity matters. Leveraging her background in legal project management and experience in securities compliance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), she combines industry knowledge with a detail-oriented approach to efficiently deliver client solutions.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Rosalie gained invaluable corporate experience at another international law firm, where she worked with both the Corporate & Securities practice group and Legal Project Management team. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was selected as a Business Law Scholar. She complemented this law degree with a master’s in Economic Law, specializing in Global Governance, from Sciences Po in Paris, France. Rosalie brings an international perspective to her practice through her cross-cultural background, multilingual capabilities, and understanding of both U.S. and European business regulatory frameworks. During law school, Rosalie solidified her interests in financial markets, securities regulation, and corporate governance while interning at the SEC in the Division of Enforcement. Rosalie joined Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2023.
