Weston helps public company clients navigate numerous corporate issues involving the changing landscape of corporate governance, securities law compliance, and SEC reporting. His clients benefit from his understanding of matters relating to SEC disclosure and the corporate secretary, including board and committee structure and composition, annual meetings, Section 16 and beneficial ownership reporting, shareholder proposals, and executive compensation disclosure and stock trading issues. He serves as regular or special advisor to numerous NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies and their boards. 

Weston also has experience advising public companies on a variety of capital markets transactions, including underwritten follow-on offerings and private placements. 

Weston is currently recognized as an Up and Coming securities advisory lawyer by Chambers USA. While in law school, Weston served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal.
