Larry (Lawrence) Fathman

Larry assists clients with the preparation and prosecution of U.S., international, and foreign patent applications, including both utility and design patent applications. Additionally, he conducts patentability, freedom-to-operate, and patent infringement investigations. Larry has experience in a variety of technology areas including machine learning, cloud storage, data encryption, e-commerce, web-search algorithms, 2D & 3D image searching and modeling, autonomous vehicle image processing, vehicle communication networks, satellite communication, antennas, ambulatory systems, and medical devices.

Managing and U.S. and foreign patent prosecution dockets for corporate clients

Advising in-house counsel and coporate leadership on intellectual property risk and strategy

Drafting and prosecuting design patent applications and business method applications

Performing competitor patent portfolio evaluation and patent landscape analysis
