Martha Steinman will present during PLI’s Hot Issues in Executive Compensation 2023, “Ethical Considerations When Counseling Boards, Compensation Committees, Companies and Executives.”

This program will be offered in-person in New York, NY and via live webcast on 8 September, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. EST.

Panelists will discuss ethical issues arising from counseling clients on executive compensation matters. After completing this session, participants will be able to:

  • understand who the client is and related ethical dilemmas;
  • recognize adviser independence as an ethical consideration;
  • identify attorney-client privilege issues and concerns; and
  • follow the dynamics of inside/outside counsel regarding ethical matters.
