2019 Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit

Alice Valder Curran, Allison D. Pugsley, Kathleen Peterson, and Margaux Hall spoke during various sessions at the three-day 2019 Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit.

Kathleen Peterson presented two sessions on the first day of the event, entitled "Medicare Part B: ASP Reporting and Compliance" and "Medicare Part D Coverage Gap: Manufacturer Requirements and CGDP Process," and Allison D. Pugsley presented the "Veterans Health Care Act Pricing" session. Day two included the keynote session, "Senate Drug Pricing Bill Explained," presented by Alice Valder Curran, and "Part B: International Reference Pricing and Other Policy Proposals" presented by Margaux Hall.
