Dominik Steghöfer's professional experience encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including post-M&A and corporate litigation, as well as commercial disputes before both state courts and arbitral tribunals. 

Dominik has specialized in dispute resolution early in his career. He was a successful contestant, and later on coach, in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and worked as a research assistant for the arbitration practice group of the Hogan Lovells Munich office while still at university. During and after his clerkship he then worked at different litigation and arbitration departments at major law firms before rejoining Hogan Lovells in 2016.

Obtaining injunctive relief for a leading automotive OEM in proceedings against a supplier threatening to breach its delivery contracts.

Representing a major electronics retailer in numerous shareholder disputes.

Defending a globally active engineering company in a cross-border dispute with a Middle Eastern sub-contractor.
