Andrea is an associate within the London Brands team, part of the wider Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice.
Andrea is involved in a wide range of litigious, corporate and advisory work, with a particular focus on IP litigation. She advises clients on protecting, commercialising and enforcing their IP rights, in particular trade marks, design rights and copyright. Andrea has experience in IP disputes in IPEC and the High Court, particularly concerning trade marks, and on conducting disputes in the Company Names Tribunal and Intellectual Property Office.
Andrea has a particular interest in the retail and consumer, fashion and luxury brands, and technology sectors, including in relation to the metaverse, NFTs and generative AI.
Acting for several global consumer brands on the strategic protection and enforcement of their brands, including Tiffany & Co and Edrington.
Acting for adidas in the UK High Court action of a global trade mark dispute with US fashion house Thom Browne.
Drafting music commissioning, collaboration and buy-out agreements on behalf of a well-known luxury alcohol brand.
Acted for easyGroup in the enforcement of its trade mark rights in the ‘easy’ family of brands.*
