Charlotte Reimers advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law, focusing especially on trademark and unfair competition law. She represents her clients, particularly from the consumer goods, fashion and pharmaceutical industries, in court and trademark office proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes.

Charlotte's work includes the representation of her clients' interests in opposition proceedings in front of the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Patent Court, in preliminary injunction and main court trademark infringement or cancellation proceedings, in disputes revolving around unfair competition claims as well as in contract and settlement negotiations. She also advises clients on the introduction of new trademarks, their monitoring and enforcement.

Charlotte studied political science and law at the University of Münster focusing on the interdependence of law and politics. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg she worked inter alia at the German Consulate General in New York City and at the Hogan Lovells IP practice in Tokyo.
