Pablo Castiella focuses his practice on securities law, corporate governance, and public company representation.

Pablo regularly represents public and privately held companies on capital market offerings (IPO’s, follow-on offerings, bought deals, ATMs, RDOs, PIPES, and private placements). Additionally, he advises management and board of directors on SEC disclosure obligations, compliance with NYSE and Nasdaq rules and shareholder engagement and activism.

Well-versed in corporate and securities law, Pablo holds law degrees in the United States and Europe, where he started his career as a corporate attorney. Pablo’s work advising clients has benefited from his multicultural background, deep understanding of the differences between the American and European legal systems, as well as his time as fellow at the Delaware Court of Chancery, where he gained an even greater understanding of corporate and securities law and transactions.

Pablo maintains a diverse pro bono practice, including representing asylum seekers and individuals who face homelessness.
