Successfully obtained dismissal of a class-action complaint in federal court on behalf of homeowners insurance policyholders with affirmance on appeal in a case alleging RICO and Antitrust violations.*
Represented crisis-management firm in connection with third-party civil subpoena issued with respect to firm’s prior work.*
Represented international package shipping company in civil enforcement action brought by the City and State of New York over the shipment of untaxed cigarettes.*
