Claire Bratel focuses her practice on IP litigation as well as IP transactional aspects. She advises clients from a wide variety of industries, notably with respect to trademark and copyright related matters.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2023, Claire spent seven years as an IP associate at a top-ranked international law firm in Paris, mostly working on patent and trademark litigation.
