Benedikt Lüthge advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law, focusing especially on trademark, unfair competition, domain and copyright law. He represents his clients that particularly come from the consumer goods, fashion and technology industry in court proceedings, as well as in out-of-court disputes and in the drafting of contracts.

Benedikt's work is primarily focused on the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights in litigation proceedings. In this context, he advises in preliminary injunction and main court proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes and office-proceedings. In addition to proceedings before the national courts, he also brings proceedings before the European courts. Besides, Benedikt advises his clients in contract and settlement negotiations regarding intellectual property matters.

Benedikt studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and obtained his Master's degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, USA. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg he worked, inter alia, for a leading German law firm and for a global energy company.
