Telha has acted for several pro bono clients in public law matters, particularly in cases relating to access to justice issues. He is also on the firm's UK2030 Taskforce, which focuses on the strategic and policy issues facing UK business in the coming years, and its Online Services and Artificial Intelligence working groups, which focus on regulatory change in the tech sector.

Acting for Uber in its successful appeals in 2018 and 2020 against TfL's decisions not to renew its London operator's licence.

Advising senior executives of multinational technology companies on giving evidence to Parliamentary Select Committee hearings.

Advising a number of digital services, including online marketplaces and video sharing platforms, on content regulation and other technology policy issues. 

Acting for the UK Gambling Commission in defending challenges to the 4th National Lottery Competition for licences to run and promote the National Lottery.

Successfully representing the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero in its defence of judicial review challenges on public law and subidy control grounds to the transfer of Bulb Energy. 

Advising an online marketplace on a potential challenge, under the internet intermediary liability regime, to proposed regulatory and licensing restrictions.

Advising Uber on an ongoing basis on its regulatory strategy to support the growth of its innovative service in regulated markets.

Advising a sovereign wealth fund on its UK investment functions in relation to issues arising from the political situation in the sovereign state.

Advising on Freedom of Information Act requests for details of communications with the UK Government in relation to Brexit.

Advising the UK Government on public law and legislative issues relating to higher education funding.

Advising a media organisation on its engagement with public bodies in relation to proposals for the introduction of restrictions on food and drink advertising.

Successfully representing an advocacy group in the challenge of a government decision to remove court provision in West Sussex.
