Susanne Reil advises on all aspects related to complex national and international energy and infrastructure projects. One particular focus is on enforcing or defending claims in the area of offshore-wind.

Susanne supports her clients in solving all challenges associated with energy and infrastructure projects. Her legal advice covers the entire life cycle of such large-scale projects: starting with the drafting and negotiation of construction, supply and service agreements (for example, on the basis of international standard contracts such as FIDIC), through support in claim management and out-of-court dispute resolution at various stages of the project, to warranty claims after completion of the project before state courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings.

Susanne studied law at the University of Regensburg and the University of Aberdeen. She holds a PhD from the University of Hamburg and gained in-depth knowledge of international law at the University of Melbourne, where she graduated with an LLM. During her legal traineeship, she gained international experience working in Phnom Penh and at an internationally renowned commercial law firm in Melbourne.
