Partner Jonathan Stoel quoted in Fox News article in San Martin mine labor dispute case

Partner Jonathan Stoel shares his thoughts on a labor dispute case escalated by the White House involving San Martin mine in central Mexico.

In a conversation with Thomas Catenacci at Fox News, Jonathan shares his concerns that the case has been jurisdictionally defective throughout, and that there have been no violations of rights at the mine.

"The RRLM (Rapid Response Labor Mechanism) process since the June 2023 petition has been conducted unfairly by the U.S. government and has been rife with procedural violations,” said Stoel.
