Hogan Lovells partner Mahvesh Qureshi recognized in The Deal's Top Women in Dealmaking 2023
Washington, D.C., 4 April 2023 – The Deal has recognized Hogan Lovells partner Mahvesh Qureshi on its fifth annual “Top Women in Dealmaking” list.
The prestigious list recognizes the most prominent female lawyers who are have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields, in mentorship, advancing gender diversity and thought leadership and have also shown the ability to navigate complex transactions, maintain strong client relationships and/or lead in and out of the boardroom.
Mahvesh Qureshi, a partner in Hogan Lovells’ Global M&A and Corporate practice in Washington, D.C., advises clients on a range of U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments. Her clients include large multinational corporations and strategic and financial investors (private equity and venture based) in a variety of industry sectors, including technology, consumer, life sciences, health care, aerospace and defense and diversified industrials.
Mahvesh is a member of the Hogan Lovells Global Board, head of the Corporate & Finance practice group for the Americas, and a member of the firm's Global Tech M&A Leadership Team. Her passion for giving back and commitment to global issues has led her to a number of extensive corporate governance pro bono representations, including representation of Girl Rising, a global campaign for girls' education and empowerment.
