Hogan Lovells advises on one of the largest equity transactions in the Indian EMS industry

Singapore, 02 January 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the lead managers Axis Capital, DAM Capital, IIFL Securities and Nomura Financial Advisory on the US$170 million equity offering by Kaynes Technology. Kaynes Technology is a leading end-to-end and IoT solutions enabled integrated electronics manufacturing service (EMS) player, serving, among others, the global automotive, aerospace and strategic electronics industries. The transaction was among the largest in the EMS industry in India and follows the highly successful US$120 million initial public offering by Kaynes Technology in 2022, again advised by Hogan Lovells.  

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Singapore Office Managing Partner and India Practice Co-Head, Biswajit Chatterjee, with support from counsel Kaustubh George, senior associate Varun Jetly and associates Utkarsh Mishra, Aditya Rajput and Suchisubhra Sarkar.
