Hogan Lovells advises on €950 million SRT securitisation of Findomestic

Milan, 9 August 2019 – International firm Hogan Lovells assisted Findomestic Banca S.p.A. in relation to a public securitisation of loans granted by the purchase of vehicles, having a nominal value of approximately €950 million. This is the first post-crisis true sale securitisation of BNP Paribas Group in Italy aimed at achieving significant risk transfer (SRT).

The class A, B, C, D and E notes issued by the securitisation vehicle AutoFlorence 1 S.r.l. have been rated by DBRS and S&P and, together with the class F notes, have been listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange and placed on the market.
