Hogan Lovells advises Intesa Sanpaolo and Banca Ifis on Azimut's securitisation of Italian SMEs
Milan, 26 January 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Banca Ifis and Intesa Sanpaolo as arrangers in relation to a securitisation of receivables arising from loans granted by a fund managed by Azimut Investments to Italian SMEs.
The loans, secured by the guarantee issued by the Fondo Centrale di Garanzia managed by Mediocredito Centrale, are disbursed through Opyn's fintech platform, which also offers origination and credit analysis services.
The portfolios of guaranteed loans (for a maximum amount of approximately EUR 300 million) are purchased through the issuance of asset back securities subscribed by Azimut, Banca Ifis and Intesa Sanpaolo.
