Hogan Lovells advises IdiCo and Bpifrance on equity investment in Hexagone
Paris, 23 June 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised IdiCo and BPI France on their minority equity investment in Hexagone, together with the company's founders.
Founded in 2013, Hexagone assists investors with all their investment issues. In 2022, the company generated €11 million in revenue.
This transaction will allow Hexagon to accelerate its growth and to develop further, in particular by recruiting new talent and establishing a presence outside of France.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Stéphane Huten with support from counsel Ali Chegra, senior associate Maximilien Roland and associate Shanna Hodara.
