Alexander Lebschy is a fully qualified German and European patent attorney and a Registered Rerpresentative for the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and advises you in patent infringement and validity proceedings.

A particular focus of Alexander lies in defending technology companies against patent infringement accusations both in patent infringement as well as in invalidity proceedings. He works on various fields of technology, with a particular focus on electronics, information and telecommunication technology, mechatronics as well as software.

Alexander studied physics at the LMU Munich and worked at the Max-Planck-Institute for Plasma Physics, where he also obtained his Ph.D. in physics. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Alexander completed his training as a German patent attorney with a Munich based law firm focused on patent prosecution.
