Christine Le Bihan-Graf advises a number of major industrial groups, investment funds, banking institutions and service operators in France and abroad, as well as the French State, local authorities and public companies, in both regulated economic sectors (energy, telecommunications, postal distribution, transport, etc.) and public services (water, waste, heating and cooling networks).

Christine Le Bihan-Graf previously held senior positions in the French Administration such as Directrice of the French Energy regulation Commission and the conseil d’Etat, and has a recognized expertise in public and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on energy and environmental law. 

Christine joined Hogan Lovells Paris in 2024 with her team to create the “Energy Transition” practice.
