Peter Lattanzio

Since joining Hogan Lovells in 2020 as a summer associate, Peter has represented both public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. With a background in Economics, Peter brings a business-focused perspective to serve his clients.

Peter graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington University Law Review and The George Washington University Law School's Moot Court Board. While pursuing his law degree, Peter worked as a law clerk for a telecommunications and technology start-up, honing his focus on corporate matters through all stages of the business life cycle.

In addition to his corporate practice, Peter has an active pro bono practice spanning a variety of matters, including helping non-profit organizations achieve their goals.
