As Knowledge Lawyer of the German Employment Practice Area Jessika Heinsch is responsible for the systematic development of the practice group's knowledge.
Jessika sources, creates and delivers relevant knowledge with a particular focus on new legislation and jurisprudence. She is also involved in several global Hogan Lovells knowledge initiatives. Her aim is to ensure that the team provides timely and cost-efficient legal advice to our clients.
Jessika has in-depth knowledge of Legal Tech products and processes and acts as the Legal Tech Representative for the legal area Employment in Germany. In this role Jessika acts as the interface between her Practice Area and the Legal Tech programming team of Hogan Lovells. She coordinates and supervises the development of Legal Tech products from idea to market launch.
Jessika studied Business Law, International Economic Law and International Law and Security in Frankfurt, Lüneburg and Glasgow.
