I'm lucky enough to work in a team that trusts me and gets me heavily involved in every case.
I joined the firm's Banking-Finance team in January 2018 as part of my final internship at EFB. During my internship, the team's partners made me an offer to work with them, which I accepted. I therefore continued as a lawyer until I was sworn in in March 2019 and have been practicing as an associate ever since.
As a Senior Associate in the Banking-Finance team, I work with our clients (banks, debt funds, sponsors or French and international groups) to advise them on their acquisition financing operations (on the sponsor/borrower side and on the lender side) but also on asset financing and some renewable energy financing. I'm lucky enough to work in a team that trusts me and gets me heavily involved in every project.
To be a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells is to have the chance to work within and with diverse teams, all of whom have in common the fact that they are competent, demanding but also very caring. Hogan Lovells also allows us, if we so wish, to devote time and get involved in extra-professional activities (pro bono requests, associative commitments, events/meetings organized regularly by the firm with external speakers, etc.).
I really appreciate the international dimension of the firm and its clientele, which enables us to work on cross-border cases with our various foreign offices. It's always very rewarding.
