The role and importance of individuals in investigations

Hogan Lovells together with Boutique Law is hosting an informal lunch and panel discussion on the role and importance of individuals in investigations, as part of the London International Investigations and Asset Recovery Conference.

The panel will discuss the role played by individuals, specifically looking at:

  • Suspects and witnesses
  • Individual misconduct and attributing liability to the corporate
  • Interpol red notices and extradition issues
  • Interplay between civil and criminal proceedings
  • Stays and adjournments on account of parallel proceedings
  • Disclosure issues in parallel proceedings and the privilege against self-incrimination
