Our next webinar in the series, Insolvency, CVAs and Restructuring Plans is scheduled to take place at 12:30 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 where we will be giving an overview of the various insolvency regimes, and will cover both CVAs and Restructuring Plans as a means of restructuring leasehold property liabilities. We will look at the benefits and disadvantages of the regimes, and review the key issues to be aware of, as well as current trends.

A must for those in the industry at junior and mid-level, these sessions will also provide useful reminders for anyone more senior.
