Emil will participate as a panelist in a session on 1 December at 1:55 p.m. ET, titled "Understanding the Private Debt market." The moderated discussion will cover a range of topics, including, among others, debt private placement; the sizes, tenors, and structures that can be achieved; considerations for a private placement versus a Rule 144A offering; and documentation requirements and parties involved.
