Advising a Luxembourg special fund managed by IVG on the acquisition of the Prime portfolio (project development One Goetheplaza/T11 (Frankfurt) and K195 (Berlin), by way of a share deal).
Advising ICredpartner S.à r.l. & Saphir S.E.C.S. and ICredpartner S.à r.l. & Cie SECS (two funds managed by UBS) on drafting, revising and developing property purchase agreements and commercial lease agreements.
Advising the seller consortium on the sale of the Christie real estate portfolio to the joint venture of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Redos Real Estate by way of sale of all shares in W2005 Christie B.V. and its German subsidiaries.
