Site Remediation

A hallmark of our practice is how we roll up our sleeves and work with our clients and their consultants to develop cost-effective investigation and remediation strategies for contaminated sites. We make sure we understand the technical issues and apply that knowledge to minimize your legal liabilities, including, in the U.S. under:

  • Superfund-CERCLA
  • RCRA corrective actions and closures
  • Brownfields
  • Oil Pollution Act
  • State programs

The order, permit, and settlement strategies we recommend maximize your flexibility to achieve cost-effective, environmentally protective solutions.

We have served not only as trusted legal advisors and litigators, but also as project managers for multiyear, multistakeholder investigation and remediation projects costing many millions of dollars, euros, or pounds sterling.
