Sarah is a senior associate in our real estate team in Birmingham.
Sarah deals with a wide range of real estate matters to include acquisitions, disposals, and asset management transactions. Her experience in acting for both the landlord and tenant ensures that she can drive asset management deals forward quickly by being pragmatic. Sarah acts for a variety of clients including institutional investors and occupiers.
Sarah has previously spent six months on secondment with Vodafone Limited.
Representative experience
Advising CCLA on acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters in relation to their UK portfolios for The Local Authorities' Mutual Investment Trust and COIF Charities Property Fund.
Advising Argent on its 67 acre mixed use development of King's Cross, including acting on the pre-lets of Coal Drops Yard.
Dealing with a wide range of asset management matters within the retail, office and industrial sectors for Coal Pension Properties Limited and Mars Pension Fund.
Leading on the aquisition of 118 shops in a 12 month period for a national telecommunications retailer. *
