Alice’s practice spans strategic, advisory, transactional, investigations and contentious contexts. She is a trusted advisor to many institutional clients, bringing her "excellent strategic judgment" to bear in advising on the impact of competition law on commercial strategy as well as on the design and implementation of competition compliance programmes. She also advises clients in contentious contexts – on competition investigations and damages actions arising out of allegations of anti-competitive conduct. Alice's transactional practice covers advice to clients on the merger control and FDI aspects of transactions, from filing assessments, contractual considerations and how this feeds deal strategy.
