Fernández Arroyo, Co-director of Global Governance Studies at Sciences Po Law School, will lead us in a vivid discussion with our expert panel, through the impact of the recently approved Brazilian anti-corruption law and how it compares to FCPA and UK Bribery Act; the panel will analyse Brazil's competition law, the importance of compliance programs and the key legal developments affecting oil & gas projects in Brazil, including the concession program, shale gas and other specific questions that affect international investors in Brazil.
