Matt Zancewicz focuses his practice on corporate and financial transactional matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and matters involving emerging companies. He advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border deals, including carve-outs, and on corporate governance and general business issues. Matt works with clients across various industries such as logistics, technology, and life sciences.

Matt also maintains an active pro bono practice, working with veterans to correct military records and secure disability benefits.

Matt began his career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate before joining the firm full time. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where he served as a senior editor on the Northeastern Law Review.
