Qiaomin earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she served on the Vanderbilt Law Review and the Vanderbilt Social Justice Reporter. During law school, she represented clients in eviction and reasonable accommodation matters through the Housing Law Clinic. She also served as a judicial intern to Supervisory Administrative Judge William Macauley at the EEOC of the New York District Office.
Qiaomin earned her undergraduate degree from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY Baruch College, where she also studied abroad in Hong Kong.
