Qiaomin focuses her practice on complex litigation and investigations, with a particular interest in international and cross-border matters. She has experience supporting internal and government investigations, including matters where she leverages her background to assist clients in global contexts.

Qiaomin earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she served on the Vanderbilt Law Review and the Vanderbilt Social Justice Reporter. During law school, she represented clients in eviction and reasonable accommodation matters through the Housing Law Clinic. She also served as a judicial intern to Supervisory Administrative Judge William Macauley at the EEOC of the New York District Office.
