Tavy Wu is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He assists clients through all phases of commercial real estate development, leasing, sales transactions, and borrower and lender-side financing.  Tavy’s real estate practices also include complex leasehold condominium and condo-within-condo structuring in New York City.  Tavy co-chairs the Real Estate Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and is committed to defensive asylum works through his pro bono efforts.
