Wei (Tavy) Wu

Tavy Wu is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He assists clients through all phases of commercial real estate development, leasing, sales transactions, and borrower and lender-side financing.  Tavy’s real estate practices also include complex leasehold condominium and condo-within-condo structuring in New York City.  Tavy co-chairs the Real Estate Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and is committed to defensive asylum works through his pro bono efforts.
