Dr. Dimitrij Voronov is a senior associate in our Corporate/M&A practice group in Dusseldorf. He advises companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, public takeovers, joint ventures and restructurings, as well as comprehensively on corporate, group and capital markets law. This includes in particular advising on directors' and officers' liability, corporate governance and compliance matters, as well as the preparation and conduct of general meetings.
Dr. Dimitrij Voronov has particular experience advising clients in the energy and automotive sectors. He also brings specific expertise in advising companies with state ownership as well as companies in distressed situations on corporate law matters.
Over the course of his professional career, Dr. Dimitrij Voronov has developed a strong understanding of the internal organisation, processes and commercial needs of his clients through two secondments with listed companies – an insight that enables him to deliver practical and business-oriented legal advice.
He speaks German, English and Russian.
