Experienced in merger control and foreign investment control, she advises French and international clients at every stage of the M&A process, including pre-merger risk analysis, multi‑jurisdictional assessment, preparation and coordination of filings, and integration planning.
Céline also assists clients in international cartel and abuse of dominance cases prosecuted by the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and other agencies throughout the world, as well as in follow-on damages actions before French courts.
She advises clients on their commercial and distribution agreements.
Graduated from King's College London and Sciences Po, Céline is a member of the Paris bar.
