An energetic and pragmatic problem solver, Vassi Iliadis represents clients from a broad range of industries on complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Vassi combines her creative take on litigation strategies with a team approach when working with clients on consumer and employment class action defense, white collar defense, data privacy disputes, healthcare, and civil business litigation matters. She also works closely with clients in compliance efforts and internal investigations.
In addition to her client work, Vassi serves on the recruitment and diversity committees at Hogan Lovells, and devotes significant time to pro bono efforts.
Before joining the firm, Vassi worked at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate. During law school, she was actively engaged in trial advocacy and served as a director of the Berkeley Law mock trial program. She was a national semi-finalist in the ABA labor and employment trial competition and regional champion of the Texas Young Lawyer Association's national trial competition. She received the American Jurisprudence Award for advanced trial practice.
In addition, Vassi served as the California annual review editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law, and as a law clerk in the criminal division of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.
