Chantal van Dam is a member of our global Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. Chantal has in-depth knowledge in advising major international and domestic companies on crossborder data transfers and GDPR compliance projects, including employee monitoring, emarketing, data retention, data security breaches, online privacy and general data protection compliance issues.

Chantal is experienced in carrying out and managing data protection audits for companies operating in the technology, travel and retail sectors. She has handled large multi-jurisdictional data privacy projects involving more than 50 countries in the travel sector. Chantal is experienced in giving in-house training in matters concerning GDPR compliance and cybersecurity.
