Alexandra Tuil is counsel in the Labor and Employment group and joined Hogan Lovells in 2017. For more than 10 years, she has been working on all aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective matters.
Alexandra assists clients in French, English, or Portuguese on issues related to restructuring, transfer or closure of business, and, in general, on issues related to individual or collective work relationships.
She also intervenes in pre-litigation or litigation matters in the context of the development and implementation of layoffs and strategic negotiations.
Alexandra pleads before various jurisdictions (Labor court, Social Security Court, Commercial Court, Criminal Tribunal, Court of Appeals, administrative courts, etc.) and has experience in liaising with Labour Inspections/authorities.

Advising industrials, particularly specializing in energy solutions, in the context of the dissolution of a Joint-Venture.
Advising of a company specializing in the production of energy and telecommunication cables on transnational secondment issues.
Advising of a company active in specialized services in the defense and energy sector as part of an acquisition and the social consequences of this acquisition.
Advising of an international group in the framework of a complex reorganization, on the procedure of information and consultation of the representatives-bodies.
Advising an international group in the context of acquisitions on the European market with a view of their implementation and development of new products.
Advising of a bank belonging to an international group on an implementation project in France followed by a reorganization involving the transfer of employees.
Advising of an international group active in the inspection and certification market on issues of unfair competition.
