Alexandra Tuil joined Hogan Lovells in 2017 as a senior associate in the Labor and Employment group. For more than 10 years, she has been working on all aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective matters.

Alexandra assists clients in French, English, or Portuguese on issues related to restructuring, transfer or closure of business, and, in general, on issues related to individual or collective work relationships.

She also intervenes in pre-litigation or litigation matters in the context of the development and implementation of layoffs and strategic negotiations.

Alexandra pleads before various jurisdictions (Labor court, Social Security Court, Commercial Court, Criminal Tribunal, Court of Appeals, administrative courts, etc.) and has experience in liaising with Labour Inspections/authorities.
