Milan is a member of the Global Regulatory Life Sciences team in Amsterdam. He provides Life Sciences companies with advice on EU regulatory aspects of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and tobacco and related products.
In 2023, he obtained his LL.M. in Health Law from the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he became familiar with health related fields of law such as clinical research and authorization procedures for medicinal products in both the Netherlands and in the European Union. As part of the Amsterdam Global Regulatory Life Sciences team, Milan regularly supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and food companies throughout the development, approval and commercialisation of their products. His work includes advising on clinical trials, pricing and reimbursement, manufacturing and distribution requirements, and regulatory data and market exclusivity matters. He also assists clients in navigating the evolving European regulatory framework governing life sciences products.
