Dr. Tobias Strohmeier

Clients praise Tobias Strohmeier for his bargaining strength and his sensitivity to economic correlations. He always keeps an eye on the actual interests of his clients. Tobias brings a wealth of knowledge and experience helping clients find solutions to their property related business challenges. Before starting his career in Dusseldorf, he worked for Hogan Lovells in our Frankfurt and London offices. He is well-versed on national and international investors in property transactions and property finance, but also in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, particularly for special properties. Tobias advises strategic and private investors from all parts of the world to establish or improve or even to sell their real estate investments and portfolios in Germany.

He appreciates working together with our Luxembourg office to create cross-border synergies. As a senior associate in the Hogan Lovells' real estate practice, Tobias is well-known for property transactions, corporate and commercial tenancy law as well as in finding pragmatic solutions for challenging situations. Tobias is part of the Young Leader section of the Urban Land institute.
