Björn Thorben Stute advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of M&A transactions with a particular focus on private equity. In addition, he provides comprehensive guidance across all areas of corporate law. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Thorben worked as an attorney at an international law firm, where he not only engaged in transactional work but also represented clients in civil and commercial litigation. During his legal clerkship, he acquired valuable experience in the Corporate/M&A practice at a multinational law firm, as well as at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
